Return procedure.

The Cross-Led-Sign website is fully harmonized with Greek and European legislation, for the rights of the consumer who buys products remotely. You have the right to withdraw and get your money back.

The right of withdrawal and return of the product is valid for 14 calendar or 10 working days, from the date of receipt of the product. Download (from the bottom of this page) the withdrawal statement form in PDF format, print it and send it completed by fax, e-mail or registered mail. Withdrawal date is considered the date of sending the fax, e-mail or the time stamp of the post office. The Withdrawal Form is sent to you at the same time as the Order Form (purchase contract) of the product, by fax or e-mail or by post.

In case of unjustified withdrawal.

• You are charged with the shipping costs, return of the product.
• You are entitled to a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of withdrawal.
• It is reasonable that we should have received the product as soon as possible, in the condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

Wrong product.

In case a product is sent to you that does not comply with your Order Form (purchase contract), we are obliged to replace it immediately, with the product you have ordered and of course without incurring replacement costs.

Special type product.

In case you do not buy a finished product, but order a product with special features, tailored to your needs and requirements, e.g. inscriptions with special dimensions, colors, your own messages in the inscription, your own logos, etc., you reserve the right to withdraw in the following cases:

• The production process of the product has not started yet.
• The agreed delivery time is unjustifiably extended.
• You received the product and it does not fully fulfill our contractual obligations.
• Reimburse our company, for the expenses it has proven to have made, in order to fulfill your special order.

To avoid any inconvenience, please ask for the special features you require to be listed on the Order Form (purchase contract), with a detailed description.
